[core] chore: simplify Wayland start script (#3974)

Remove `--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform` and
`--ozone-platform=wayland` flags as Electron 38+ changed the default
`--ozone-platform` to `auto`, which automatically detects and uses
Wayland when running in a Wayland session.
