Corey Farrell e468e73b9e Remove extra defines of AST_PBX_MAX_STACK. ...

* Ensure AST_PBX_MAX_STACK is only defined in extconf.h and pbx.h.
* Fix incorrect function parameters in utils/extconf.c.
