Sebastien Duthil eb5077fb26 res_ari: Add support for channel variables in ARI events.

This works the same as for AMI manager variables. Set
"channelvars=foo,bar" in your ari.conf general section, and then the
channel variables "foo" and "bar" (along with their values), will
appear in every Stasis websocket channel event.

This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
