Steve Underwood	c6c03827b8	T.31 now has basically functional T.38 mode - needs more testing, though ... Various modules which lacked routines to get at the sub-structures now have them. The tests have been tweaked so they only access internals where essential.	2013-01-01 23:07:55 +08:00
