  prompt-color => blue
  input-text-color => red
  output-text-color => yellow

Travis Cross a79f1f4202 fs_cli: implement CLI prompt redrawing 
The CLI prompt and any text-in-progress now stays cleanly below log
messages and other received output from FS.

This also implements hardcoded prompt coloring.
