eea76c8856 FS-8130 
Port video buffer to also support audio and remove original STFU jitter buffer
Add some more resilience to video packet loss
Add codec control mechanism for both call-specific debug and codec/call specfic params
Make opus function better in packet loss and latent situations
Use new codec control prams to make JB lookahead FEC optionally enabled or disabled mid-call
Add Param to allow JB lookahead to be enabled.

ea2f00b3d9 FS-7500: refactor to use switch_core_video 
added switch_core_codec_encode_video and switch_core_codec_decode video and add separate video implementations
the switch_core_video code depends on libvpx, wraped into the switch_ namespace like switch_apr, need to figure out how to find the correct libvpx lib in autotools

b0bcc011ea Deprecate mod_spidermonkey 
We consider mod_spidermonkey to be completely replaced by mod_v8 (and
more generally by mod_lua) at this point.  We've barely supported
mod_spidermonkey for years.  Everyone should stop using it.

We're keeping this around for awhile in case people are relying on C
extensions to mod_spidermonkey and need time to migrate.  This module
may or may not be part of a v1.4 release depending on whether we find
anyone cares.  It definitely will not be part of the next release
after v1.4.

cd1824e119 Adding switch_mprintf (broken out from sqlite) 
Adding new %w to mprintf to auto escape both single quote and backslashes
Improve the tab completion a tad and fix some sqlite/odbc compat with new mprintf opts
Change the default stream writer to use switch_vmprintf so %q/%w can be used there too

25f2fc817e only include switch_stun.h where needed. We use some c99isms in this header that do not get along well with some c++ compilers.
