Ken Johnson 9b142fd28c Bump version to 1.01

Release 1.01 includes:
- Fix frame desync on non-blocking sockets (EAGAIN handling)
- Auth cascade: encryption requires ED25519 authentication
- No plain text passwords in Comet protocol
- NOPWD via capability flag
- Log/event callback system for BBS embedding
- Transfer progress events for both Comet and BinkP
